In the world today there are many images that affect us on a daily basis. With the war in Iraq and the struggle to bring terrorism to an end our minds have been cluttered with many images of violence, war, and death. Perhaps we as humans have become a costumed with war and the vivid images of violence that we see on the news or in newspapers. Personally I feel that we have become somewhat desensitized with these images of war. In fact everyday we hear more and more about the war in Iraq and how American soldiers are being killed. Even though we care about our country and the war in Iraq, in a way I think that we have put this situation on the back burner not knowing that we have become desensitized. If we were to restrict these images of war and violence I think that we would gain a sensitivity and more of a concern of the war and our country.
